Hello Dears,
I am trying to implement load balancing in LTE based on Handover parameters
adustment. I considered Resource Block Utilization Ratio as the load metric
for the cells. I could reach the DLMAC trace file and I understood how I
could pull out the MCS and TBS from it. So, my questions are:
1. How can I map thess information to the number of RBs allocated by each
cell?
2. I am using CQA scheduler and I noticed it uses only MCS 0 and 28 for all
users near or far from eNB, is that logical?
Thanks in advance for any provided information.
